One of the first things we consider is the UI/UX, which is modern, minimalistic, reliable, and user-friendly, which we find appealing to all of our clients. Amazing product development from the Portal team. Had a suggestion for a tweak to the existing billing portal (to allow for partial quantities ie. Hourly invoicing items) and within minutes the founder responded (on a weekend!) to let me know the feature would be added and deployed within a few days. Absolutely blown away. And our team has seen so much value using Portal so far. We can’t wait to see what the future has in store, we are big fans!
