What do you like best about Jobylon? Customer Service, flexibility and adaptation. The solution is very easy to use and has most of the functionalities you need in an enterprise recruitment system. "The best tool to handle recruiting collaboratively"
What do you like best about Jobylon? It’s a super handy tool to manage recruiting for us. The collaboration works smoothly, eg the chat feature. It is the single source of truth for our company! I like the states in the list the most, where you can manage the recruiting progress. The main layout & structure is also very intuitive for me. What do you dislike about Jobylon? What do you like best about Jobylon? Good service, nice and convenient platform to use. What do you dislike about Jobylon? More visual approach for the candidate pipeline might be good. What problems is Jobylon solving and how is that benefiting you? Much more improved look and feel comparing previous platform, better customer service also.

What do you like best about Jobylon? Easy to use, quick and flexbile ATS that has a lot more depth to it as well. Up to you as the user to decide how complex you want to configure it. What do you dislike about Jobylon? Built as an ATS that also has candidate database/proactive search type features rather than the other way around. What problems is Jobylon solving and how is that benefiting you? Saving time, enhancing candidate experience, compliance.
