ATS for large company

What do you like best? Jobvite is a decent platform for managing the recruiting function for a large (1000+ employee) organization. It’s easy to have high volume in the system while maintaining an organized process. What do you dislike? The interface isn’t as intuitive or user friendly as I would like. What do you like best? It has the basic, needed features of an ATS. I can see the actions in each candidate's profile, which makes it easier to see what has happened, instead of needing to reach out to coworkers to ask. Unfortunately, it does not show who does what in the completed actions. What do you dislike? So counter-intuitive. Works well for a compliance system

What do you like best? It's really easy to move candidates through the workflow from the moment they apply to the moment they're hired. I like that they allow you to schedule interviews right through the platform! What do you dislike? I don't like using Jobvite as a pipelining tool. Recruiting was never easier before jobvite.

What do you like best? One of the things that i like and differentiates Jobvite from other premium products that i have known, is that it has a lower cost, in other software I would have to pay double for all the benefits that this brings me besides it has better functionality, and from my experience i can say that it is probably a 10% better.They also has an excellent Level 1 Customer Service representatives you can call and someone can help you with a simple question or problem almost ...

Amazing ATS

What do you like best? I'm a huge fan of Jobvite between the platform and the people it is just an amazing offering. There customer support is superb. I've used other ATS and HRIS systems where you are waiting DAYS for a response to a critical process. Jobvite customer support is responsive, friendly and if they cannot assist they immediately escalate. This has been rare, however if needed always resolve the issue. What do you like best? I like that Jobvite is very intuitive. The interactive help is always a go-to. What do you dislike? I have no complaints using Jobvite.
