What do you like best? I like that it's very simple and easy to use. What do you dislike? Most e-mails I send to candidates using the system go right to SPAM, so communication with candidates become difficult through the system, when it should be simpler. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Currently my problems are building a greater pipeline of candidates, so having a system that is easy for candidates to apply is a positive thing.

So many functions
What do you like best? The dashboards are the best functions. You can see everything that needs completed and new applicants right away What do you dislike? Can be a little overwhelming to use at first. There a lot of functions to this software What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This helps track new hires and how long jobs take to be filled by our recruiters

One of the many ATS
What do you like best? I like that people are able to apply to jobs with my company. What do you dislike? The inability to truly search previous applicants or do any sort of deep dive into current applicants. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not an overly great or bad experience
What do you like best? Great to be able to share referral links through a few different channels (for example, I could send the link through LinkedIn message, or just through email) and great to be able to track referrals through their screen and interview process.
