AWESOME Customer Success Manager!

What do you like best? Jobvite is a very robust business tool. Our company was under utilizing Jobvite before going to one of their 2 day onsite seminars. They went through so much in a virtual setting that all the information came alive. I met out assigned Customer Service Manager and ever since we have been customizing Jobvite for our business needs. Horrible navigation

Horrible navigation. Cannot sign documents and upload. Every document is a pdf and to "go back" you have to X out of the document and re-log in. The documents have a review and sign button but the tasks never disappear or are confirmed as complete.

Very user friendly

Great upgrade to our ATS system

What do you like best? I like the ease of use with Jobvite. I also love the texting capabilities. It's been amazing to connect with our candidate base on a level that resonates with them. Additionally, I like the admin capabilities. It's been great to be able to manage a lot of things without having to create a ticket and be able to customize it to fit our specific needs. Jobvite has been good for our steady growth (mid-sized company) with the candidate pipeline, email campaigns, and functional use for hiring leaders and all parties that interact with it. Using Jobvite has been amazing. The data analytics is the best I have ever seen

What do you like best? It is user friendly. Managers can easily get a good grasp of it and see applications as they come in. I like that I can easily schedule interviews and book locations via jobvite without going through my outlook. What do you dislike? Nothing. It is a brilliant system that I will really recommend. What do you like best? I absolutely love the new candidate selection feature! This has made scheduling meetings so easy!
