Some configuration areas are locked down for client administrators. The response time of the JobVite site is slow at times. Jobvite has helped Covia with modern-day recruiting!
What do you like best? Keeps recruiting process organized! Our remote recruiters have a tool that works and is easy to navigate the workflow steps seem logical. Workflow touches on all the important aspects of recruiting and selection and able to move up/down/skip steps as needed. Able to customize somewhat or create a work-around. Jobvite is user friendly with a professional and passionate enterprise team that takes care of you.
What do you like best? I love the auto feature on smart scheduler. Candidates have even remarked how nice it was that it didn't take a week to set up an interview as with other companies and their back and forth emails. What do you dislike? I have not found a down side to Jobvite. Recommendations to others considering the product: Do it. You get so much for your money. Jobvite ATS and Onboarding
What do you like best? It allowed us to switch from a paperless process to an online process. This made the application and onboarding process quicker. It also reduced the amount of paper we use when reviewing applications for positions. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that Jobvite is user-friendly. It helps to have workflows and be able to share jobs and candidates within the company because it saves us so much time. I have technical issue with my virtual interview, six hours waiting after sending the ticket nobody reply, decided to call them on toll-free number, nobody picked the phone, decided to call Quebec number with French and it was invalid number.

Jobvite makes the referral process quick and easy for inviting friends to new positions.
What do you like best? Ability to create one link to post and tie anyone to your jobvite account. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I do like the dashboard and the ability to personalize it. I like the ability to share the job link. What do you dislike? Jobvite is not user friendly. So many features that should be easily accessible are not. For example creating templates. So user friendly
What do you like best? I like that it's super user friendly. I like when there is an issue the customer support is always there to assist you. It's just a good tool to use in any TA/HR department to help find the best talent. What do you dislike? At times Jobvite can be very slow. Which usually just means we are all in it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The benefits are over flowing. Jobvite is worth it.
