Excellent Applicant Tracking System with super friendly staff and support

What do you like best? I like the regular updates to the software, the friendly staff and the wonderful support they have provided us over the years. What I think about Jobvite

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like the candidate selection feature because it helps me schedule interviews a lot more easily. Jobvite also allows us to centralize our recruitment process within the company. What aspects are problematic or could work better? No bad experience yet. I like using Jobvite. Easy to use for recruiting and recommending!

What do you like best? Jobvite does a great job of organizing candidate information and tracking interview "flow" through different steps a candidate goes through. I loved having a centralized place to see candidate information and prepare to interview them. My favorite, though, is that each interviewer reviews a candidate within Jobvite and then the hiring team can see and address any questions when they meet! What do you dislike? JobVite Rocks!

What do you like best? I like that JobVite connects directly to Outlook calendar and finds availability for interviewers. It is efficient. What do you dislike? The website UI is still a bit difficult to navigate. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It eliminated the need to use multiple platforms just to schedule an interview.

This system makes no sense

This system makes no sense. For the "Help me" portion, I have to wait on someone to reply back, it doesn't actually help you with anything. There's no notification on when the message comes through. I'm trying to do the "verify information page" and it says I'm missing information. I've filled it ALL out. It doesn't even indicate what's "wrong", it just says fill it out. Overall, pretty crummy system

Great ATS - does everything I need and more!

What do you like best? Everything can be customized! The system is easy to use and if there is something that I don't know how to use, I reach out to the help team and they are quick and thorough with their responses. What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that the support team is very responsive, regardless if our concern is a minor one or a full-blown major one. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It would be great if the support team would respond more quickly. Easy for new users

What do you like best? The system is easy to pick up right away for new users without having to spend much time with training. I was using Jobvite on my first day at my new position. What do you dislike? Occasionally when sorting through lists you have to click back and forth to get the next set to load. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It's been a year since we first started using Jobvite. We're able to take advantage of Jobvite's reporting capacity. The application process is so smooth, that we no longer receive calls from applicants asking for assistance with the system. Simple and easy to use

What do you like best? How quickly new jobs can be posted. Also, its a very intuitive platform. Quick to learn and haven't had any trouble learning to use it. So far there haven't been any glitches that I have had an issue with. What do you dislike? I haven't had anything to dislike about Jobvite. It works like it should. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking positions that are open and filled.
