What do you like best? The system is extremely simple. Everything is where you think it would be. What do you dislike? Has limitations when customizing. Jobvite is inviting, straight-forward

What do you like best? I like that Jobvite has everything in one place. I am able to look up jobs in all offices and the referral process is a piece of cake. What do you dislike? I dislike the dates showing when the job has last been posted. Sometimes I see positions posted 6 months ago that seem like they would be filled, but it's a rolling basis. What do you like best? I like jobvites customer service and how quickly they resolve issues. What do you dislike? I dislike the system going down. A few weeks ago it went down multiple times but a customer success manager followed up with me shortly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're communicating better with candidates and thus providing a much better candidate experience.

Jobvite will underwhelm you every day you struggle with it

Having used several ATS' for the last 20 years, I rank Jobvite exceedingly poor. Several examples; 1. Given that it is requisition centric, every time a candidate applies, it becomes a new file. Candidate notes from one requisition's conversation DO NOT flow into a common area. 2. You cannot sort effectively on a person's current job title. 3. Poor Boolean search tool. 4.
