An Easy way to Publish Open Positions
What do you like best? Its an easy way to see all of the open positions but it also makes it easy to send out a job to a reference. What do you like best? Jobvite is very easy to use. I like how I can add several forms for onboarding new employees. What do you dislike? Would be nice to have a way to print attachments/forms in mass. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? There must be something better
What do you like best? It has some of the basic requirements. You can put job somewhere, track responses etc. What do you dislike? There needs to be something better. It is a super wonky un-intuitive platform What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Hire people quickly and reduce the time managers spend doing interviews

Easy-to-use, works great for job-seekers
What do you like best? It's easy to search requisitions as well as refer friends to jobs. What do you dislike? I dislike the lack of metrics. For example, within LinkedIn you can see other competing candidates and where you stand among them in terms of experience, education, etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Filling empty positions on my own team.

User interface, Dashboard, quick job approvals by just replying to email that you got from Jobvite, identify duplicates in candidate profiles, maintains both the versions of resumes in the event a new resume for the same candidate exists.
