Still learning, but enjoy the system
What do you like best? Things are very customizable, from workflows to reqs and candidate dispositions, messaging, etc. What do you dislike? Field mapping was setup incorrectly from the beginning, so we're still working on correcting that as a team. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quick interviewing and reviewing, making the hiring process generally quicker.

Resourceful, with a few challenges
What do you like best? You can do a ton with data and hiring results. You can customize the system to work for you in a variety of different ways. Additionally, our account manager is extremely responsive and always helps me solve for any adjustments we'd like to do. I love the customization of widgets and the new Analytics dashboard. What do you like best? It's easy to organize candidates into the jobs for which they are interviewing. What do you dislike? It can be difficult to see exactly where a candidate is in the process since we use Hangouts for the first step in our interviews and it is not integrated with Jobvite. Jobvite is extremely useful for new hiring managers to keep everything together when comparing candidates. What do you dislike?
