What do you like best? I have used larger Applicant Tracking Systems in the past that are hard to navigate, customize and overall just not very user friendly. Jobvite provides a great UX for both the applicant and internal users. You are able to customize most of what you'd like yourself, quickly. What do you like best? The increase in candidate flow. Since adopting Jobvite, we saw a year over year increase in applicants of 62%! This way exceeded our expectations. What do you dislike? Very easy to use for both applicants and administrators

What do you like best? Jobvite system is very easy to use. Within a couple of minutes, the job is posted and the candidate experience is increased as compared to our old system. What do you dislike? The reporting system can be a little difficult to navigate What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have a better handle on who is applying to our positions, where they are and using that to cut down on other recruiting costs

ATS with lots of bells and whistles

What do you like best? Coordinates well with Outlook - seamless capturing of all correspondence sent in the candidate activity tab. Also, Jobvite offers a pipeline building tool that can deputize your employee population as adjunct recruiters. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Very easy to use, very collaborative, easily configurable changes can be made but most of all, administration access allows the end users to control a lot of the key configurations making adjustments very easy and timely. What do you like best? Keeps recruiting process organized! Our remote recruiters have a tool that works and is easy to navigate the workflow steps seem logical. Workflow touches on all the important aspects of recruiting and selection and able to move up/down/skip steps as needed. Able to customize somewhat or create a work-around. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Jobvite is user friendly and allows for a lot of customization to fit your company's needs. I love the Publisher feature within Jobvite that allows for our employees to automatically post jobs to social media. I also love how Jobvite is able to integrate with many other systems such as DocuSign, Job Target, HireRight, etc. to create a seamless process. What do you like best? The ability to customize the processes, rights concepts, reports to our needs, and currently the analytics dashboard What do you dislike? the manuals available are sometimes not up to date and hard to find.
