PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Jobber is intuitive, easy to use, and adaptable to our organization’s specific needs. Its help desk and current modules are excellent as well. Great, easy to use platform for service companies!
What do you like best? Its very user friendly and makes managing your business a lot easier. What do you like best? Jobber makes managing clients, invoices, past & previous jobs easy. The user portal is easy to use, understand & interpret. I like that you can take payments directly to the invoice. Invoices can be sent to the customer via text message or email & can be paid directly by the customer or can be manually entered in. Great all in one software for small businesses
What do you like best? I love how easy it is for me to schedule my technicians and keep all of the job and invoicing information together in one convenient place. Overall jobber is easy to use, customer support is phenomenal, and it just gets the job done. What do you dislike? There are a few things that require more steps than absolutely necessary, but once you get the hang of it you can move through them quickly.
