What do you like best? 1. Linking a candidate to a job (saves time and could do away with my paper spreadsheets). 2. What do you like best? It's functional. Posting ads is straightforward. Ad response is easy. Better than Bullhorn on those points. What do you dislike? I don't understand why JA don't have a feature to remove candidates at the application stage - if I flag them as being rubbish, then don't add them to the database.
