Great software for communication
PROS: I like that it automates chats that allow me to encourage potential clients with our service. I am able to communicate with people around the world because it also supports multiple channels. CONS: I haven't had an issue with JivoChat and I hope I never will. It's safe for sharing data and communicating across the company and our customers while being able to manage the latter across social media channels using one platform.

Fluid comms, excellent choice
PROS: I like that the UI is simple enough for me to set up and navigate through on my own. I get to engage our customers in real-time and sell items a lot more quickly. The design is flexible because it works on various OS, browsers and mobile devices. My marketing strategy is leveled up -- my CTAs are timely and I message everyone proactively.

Great live chats with JivoChat
PROS: I like being able to engage with our customers in real time -- it's exactly what we need from a CRM system, regardless of location and timezone. The UI and design are modern and easy to customize and set up online too. CONS: None. I don't have any issues about JivoChat, it's done exactly what I needed it to do.

They Facilitate Fraud
I'd fully recommend everybody AVOIDS JivoChat. It seems like they actively facilitate and help fraudulent websites by allowing them to use their chat software.Here is one example of an obvious fraud website using JivoChat:astrofxc.coAn obvious cryptocurrency ponzi investment scam which 99% of people can identify.There are plenty more examples I have chosen not to post. What do you like best about JivoChat? Useless software
Useless software - offers a call back functionality but the field the client can use to enter his phone number is in lots of countries to short. Client will not get an error message but connection fails. - customer service is promising a lot but never finally solving any problem or even replying to tickets. "An alternative to create an effective communication bridge with customers"
What do you like best about JivoChat? It is a very easy platform both to install and to handle and use, which allows me to interact in real time with customers and I can close sales much faster. It has an amazing design quite adaptable, being able to be compatible with mobile devices and It works with many operating systems, browsers and if desired through a mobile application. It allows me to enhance marketing actions, through timely calls to action and proactive messages.
