"Easy to use & makes your business look great!"
What do you like best about JivoChat? My favorite thing about Jivo Chat is how easy it is to use both as an administrator and as a user. Training a new agent on using the platform is easy and doesn't take much time. Plus, I appreciate how easy it is to add new agents or remove old agents.

Best live chat app so far
PROS: I love how easy it is to install JivoChat on our site, so we can reach out or get back to our clients a lot more quickly and regardless of their location. This helped us increase our sales rate. CONS: No dislikes at all. Using JivoChat has been seamless, so we highly recommend you try it and see how effective it is for yourself.

My Jivochat review
PROS: I like that for its affordable price, we're able to efficiently establish customer relations by directly communicating with the client via live chat. It's user-friendly, with an elegant design and it's custom-ready. The engagement between our team and our clients are fluid, so we've been receiving much better feedback since setting it up.

Took over AOL on my desktop; Yikes-close call
Somehow these people got into AOL software when I needed AOL support. They even used the AOL logo to create a shortcut on my desktop. Fortunately, I "smelled something wrong" when they asked for $100 plus and shut my desktop down immediately. Like another reviewer said, this company needs to be investigated for fraud.

Excellent web chat
PROS: I like that it's user-friendly and easy to set up while customizing some settings to fit what we need in our team. We're able to integrate with our phone and mail systems too, and that we're able to get instantaneous chats at any point in time from our customers around the world.

What a pile of absolute garbage
What a pile of absolute garbage, cant even have staff login on time for work because they want 29$ per agent per month and if one doesnt logout then your screwed. Just a hastle for customers who are paying, its also terrible to use, when you think of the likes of tawk.to which is FREE and unlimited users and even Tidio isnt as expensive.... just rubbish, avoid and use their trial first, guarantee you wont buy it.

What do you like best about JivoChat? The UI and UX is really nice, it makes everything so easy to understand and use, also, the chat widget looks great on the website

This company has no support
This company has no support, they never finish any open ticket with a solution. Abandoned support chats, but they're fast to accept the ticket. Agents just disappear when issues arise. They have no integration whatsoever with any of the major platforms like Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach including Zapier. They do sync with Pipedrive but it's even limited. The UX design is flawed as you can't see which number you had messaged if the client has more than one number. Many clients complain no ...
