Quick and easy transition

What do you like best? The quick and easy setup for a transition from another provider. What do you dislike? I have not found anything I have disliked. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We used to have over 50 pots lines for communication between four locations. We are now under 3 phone numbers and can easily reach anyone in the company.

Great alternative to other providers!

What do you like best? Ease of use and cost savings vs. RingCentral! What do you dislike? Sometimes downloading contacts from other platforms is tricky. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have had a virtual office for the past 12 years. Jive save us more than 50% on our soft phone costs and gave us "Go to Meeting" without additional expense.

Great cloud-based PBX

What do you like best? It has so many features and a great dashboard to help you achieve what you need to do for your company. We were able to easily answer our phones off-site while the pandemic was occurring. What do you dislike? Sometimes, it is hard to stay logged in if you have multiple LogMeIn accounts. The Sales Representative Jordan was very patient with our company despite us postponing over and over again the contract signing date as we kept pushing our moving date further. What do you like best? Jive offers easy flexibility to arrange phone systems to fit your particular needs, and we appreciate the technical support by phone when it's been needed. Lacking follow through in basic feature roll out

What do you like best? The basic call routing and over all system is really good. What do you dislike? After 2 years I have lost hope that promised features will actually happen. I was told almost 2 years ago that SMS & MMS messaging would be rolled out. We initially signed up as this was the main VOIP system our CRM linked into. What do you like best? I like how easy it is to make changes and to be able to choose what best works for your company. I also like that there is a Cell phone App. What do you dislike?
