The revolutionary communications program has finally arrived.
What do you like best? Jive offers a very modern handset, communications application and easy to use and navigate back-end for administrators. We have finally found a solution that is housed all in 1, previously we had to use Kall8, Nextiva, Spectrum and TPX to perform 85% of what Jive offers all within the 1 platform. What do you dislike? Twice the features for half the cost
What do you like best? i like the fact that it was less than half the expense of the other system i was using. i really love that it has a mobile app that is really user friendly. you change settings and most every thing that you can do online. Great VoIP Option
What do you like best? The customer service is great. They are happy to help with anything! What do you dislike? The settings and the setup process can be a little overwhelming and confusing at first, but customer service/tech support helps a lot. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can work from home using business class VoIP instead of going using a landline.

Love Love Love Jive
What do you like best? I love the low cost and portability of Jive. My fav feature is Go To Meeting! But the dashboard is awesome as well. What do you dislike? I don't like the occasional poor call quality but the rewards soothe my displeasure. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communication goes with me EVERYWHERE!

The clarity of the phone calls is amazing. The cost is much less than we were paying for Comcast

We absolutely love Jive Communications!
What do you like best? Jive made set up so easy, we do not have any issues with service, they offer such cool features, and the support team is always helpful and responsive. We have 11 phones in the office and it's very easy for us to use the intercom, transfer calls, etc. We have our phone number forwarding through our customer relations platform and Jive worked with us to set that up. What do you like best? Being able to use my Cisco phone system with Jive has made using the Cisco phone system so much easier. Jive offers so many ways to customize the system - from setting ringtones to setting up a flow or incoming calls. Jive's customer service makes it so easy to tailor the flow of calls. Great Experience
What do you like best? I like the ease of use in routing calls where I need them. What do you dislike? There isn't anything that stands out as something I dislike. It really all depends on how you would use a system like Jive. I don't see any reason a person wouldn't switch. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Jive has allowed my call flow and workflow to be more consolidated.
