What do you like best? It has so many features and a great dashboard to help you achieve what you need to do for your company. When you have issues with your phones, immediate support is a must have and you get that with Jive. What do you like best? The Dashboard layout is easy to navigate and very intuitive. Migration from Ring Central and other vendors to Jive for us was a wonderful experience. it made our M&A process very simple. I also like the Price point of desk phones and service fees. Excellent VoIP solution for business!

What do you like best? The system was very easy to install and use. I love the fax functionality of it and the ability to use it as an app on my iphone What do you dislike? I do not have any dislikes about it. The system is robust and flexible What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it as my company's office phone system. This product works well enough, but sometimes there are issues with my connection to the app.

What do you like best? Easily connect my phone to my work number through their app What do you dislike? Sometimes their app can be buggy, disconnecting or not receiving all the calls or texts right away. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has made work phone usage better, I can easily work from home and not miss any important calls.

Love the all inclusive plan

What do you like best? The previous company we did our VOIP with charged us the same price per user but then they charged extra for added features. GoToConnect includes all of those added features in the base price. We love how intuitive the PBX system is. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Jive has a solid product, but don't buy it if you don't love sitting on hold for hours waiting for their team to pick up the phones. Their customer service is terrible unless you can form a 1:1 relationship with a specific agent. Jive is a good solid platform.

What do you like best? Jive's up time is great. They GUI to build phone trees is awesome and easy to use. I love the drag and drop use of setting up the automated phone tree and the ease of seeing the decision making as you are building it. Deployment is easy when you lease the phones from Jive.
