What do you like best? Jive is extremely user friendly. The drag and drop platform is simple to use, but exceptionally powerful. The customer service and technical assistance is top notch. Superb service, intuitive call routing, slightly clunky device assigning

What do you like best? JIVE has done an amazing job supporting our team as we have transitioned from our previous phone service. I love the graphical call routing system that can be re-routed from any computer at any time. What do you dislike? I've been told that a client company that they have calls in their ring queues being dropped after a half-ring. Jive proves that you can provide complete communication solutions without sacrificing ease-of-use.It is really easy to set up and configure and has plenty of options.Call quality is very good and so are the features on their platform.
