What do you like best about GoTo Connect? GoTo connect has a softphone app for all my devices, whether it is an iPad,iPhone,Android phone or Tablet, even a Mac or Windows computer or laptop! GoTo COnnect Is very easy to use, it makes Calling and texting a breeze from any device.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? I can always reach a support technician when needed. Their PBX Systems basically run with very little maintenance. Usually when I need support it's needed when I'm trying to use a more advanced feature like connecting from one PBX to another by Extensions.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? It is so easy to be able to call and receive calls from my cell phone but for work without using an unreliable third party app. I love how easy it is, how convenient it is. I love that I can see all the past call history. I love that it is a different ringtone, so I know when it is work versus my personal calls.

Great price, user friendly with outstanding customer service

PROS: The operating system is highly visual and readable. But for whatever is frustrating, I can have virtual support people to talk to me via the video call service. The quality of service is excellent. What's even great is how inexpensive every service is on a regular basis.

PROS: The best aspect of GoToConnect is their 24/7 support team. When you have issues with your phones, immediate support is a must-have and you get that with GoToConnect. Their Technicians are able to remotely access your computer in a supportive environment and this allows them to really assess the ongoing issues.
