Great Solution and Even better service

What do you like best? Jitterbit backs up its solution with a fantastic customer support team. We don't open cases often, but, when we do, they resolve them quickly and efficiently. As one example, there was a point when we were trying to connect Jitterbit to one of our core systems and the core system provider was offering no assistance. Jitterbit, by contrast, joined us on multiple calls and worked with us through a trial and error process that ultimately ended successfully. What do ...

Flexible, Knowledgeable and Forward Thinking Development

What do you like best? Team: Excellent and responsive team that is always willing to transfer knowledge and walk you through decisions and tools. Endpoints: Connecting Salesforce to our Grants Management System (Fluxx) was a big win allowing us to leverage real-time enterprise data as the source of truth for provisioning in another system with a shared user base. This also enriches our position to use Okta (which is currently used as our SSO for SF) in a number of ways that we ...

Jitterbit helped us get the most out of Salesforce

What do you like best? Last year our company decided we needed to start integrating data we had in SQL, Access, and other databases into our Salesforce org. Our goal was to have nearly all of our data from invoicing to maintenance jobs all accessible in Salesforce for our users. We've managed to provide so much more to our users and limit the need for employees to switch between different programs and software immensely thanks to Jitterbit. What do you dislike? It was a little ...

Great Integration Tool!

What do you like best? Jitterbit allowed us to quickly do a project, integrating our home grown membership system to Salesforce. Without Jitterbit this would have been a massive, mostly manual process, taking months. We were able to populate Salesforce with useful data in weeks instead. We like it so much we are looking to expand connections to some of our other legacy applications. Customer support has been excellent, always there to help us get past any difficulties we encounter. What ...

High volume data loading and two-way integration with Salesforce

What do you like best? Ease of use for data loading and cost-effective integration. What do you dislike? There's nothing to dislike about Jitterbit. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use Harmony Data Loader for data migration and ad-hoc data manipulation. Use Harmony Design Studio for integration projects. Familiarise yourself with its capabilities before looking elsewhere for solutions. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Tremendous automation tool

What do you like best? Easy to use and it has automated hundreds (if not thousands) of man hours of data loads What do you dislike? While not big deal, we track documentation of our jobs separately in a spreadsheet. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are looking for an automation tool for Salesforce data loads, I highly recommend this What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automation of a good number of daily and ...

Jitterbit works well for our automation of our Data Loads.

What do you like best? It's easy to use and the learning curve was reasonable. It works consistently and is easy to change environments for testing. What do you dislike? Sometime moving things on the Operations Tab the re-save every time you move something like the attached email. Seems like overkill. They do a great job keeping the software up to date but it seems like their are new updates every week. Wouldn't mind a little slower pace with updates, but I am glad they are ...

I LOVE Jitterbit!

What do you like best? It works seamlessly with Salesforce and makes recurring inserts/updates/queries/deletes almost fun! What do you dislike? Nothing major. It would be nice if projects had a progress bar or counter or something to manage expectations. There is a little bit of a learning curve as well, but not too bad. Fortunately they have good resources for on boarding and very helpful as you are getting started. Recommendations to others considering the product: Get ...

Expensive!

What do you like best? We have been using Jitterbit for over 5 years now, but are in the process of phasing it out. Jitterbit does the job and has a good customer service. However for the price there are some better alternatives. What do you dislike? The cost model has changed over the years and it's not worth the cost anymore. Even with being one of the early adopters of the product, they changed the contract at renewal and kept finding ways to increase the annual support. ...
