Great Customer Support

What do you like best? I had an issue with our API settings ad they were fixed within the same day. What do you dislike? The setting should have been caught during setup. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Integrations to multiple systems, very easy to scale and use.

Good integration solution

What do you like best? The native integrations with Salesforce and the company’s customer support. What do you dislike? Only being able to open one console at a time on a machine. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our integrations for pretty much everything and to preform some data maintenance and processes in Salesforce without bogging down process builder.

An indispensable tool for integrating Salesforce with our systems

What do you like best? The visual design mixed with ability to customize with scripts makes allows integration to be as detailed as you want. What do you dislike? There is an initial learning curve with both the GUI and the scripting language. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our primary usage for Jitterbit is syncing and transforming data with different systems.

Jitterbit - Cost Effective & Powerful

What do you like best? From a top-level management perspective, I have found Jitterbit to be a cost-effective and powerful tool. My team raves about the ease of use. In all of our complexity, we feel that Jitterbit is the right solution. As we continue to address efficiencies and have conversations around robust technology, we are looking forward to strengthening our partnership with Jitterbit! What do you dislike? I haven't found a downside to using Jitterbit. What problems are ...

Ease your integration efforts

What do you like best? ability to integrate between modern and legacy platforms/systems/apps by directly tapping into their data sources. What do you dislike? Jitterbit is a powerful tool however some of its powerful add-ons are less known. I wish some of its features were highlighted in the beginning of the purchase. Does everything we've thrown at it so far

What do you like best? It allows us to work with our customers in any way which suits them - API at their end, API at our end or batch mode via file exchange. In the past, support and documentation were not Jitterbit's strong points but in the last couple of years all my interactions with the company have gone extremely well - their investment in this area has really got results. What do you dislike? The testing function does not fully support processing of very large data files, ...

Awful everything. Just trash through and through.

What do you like best? Literally nothing. To say that Jitterbit Studio is in its 10th version cycle is absurd, and an insult to developers who stick to versioning cycles. I cannot get the studio to work on macOS, neither can their support team. The windows version frequently stumbles over itself because it doesn't even handle files on the filesystem properly. The cloud UI is slow and bad, good luck finding any relevant information in the activities page. Oh and try turning off schedules ...

Jitterbit is cost effective and great tool for Data integration

What do you like best? The great thing about Jitterbit is that you don't need to be a full-on developer to connect your systems, unless you want to do it yourself. If we have problems with the product or best practices or we need help implementing the Jitterbit support team is great at working. What do you dislike? We had some issues with a couple of the agent updates, but the spectacular support group was able to resolve them within hours Recommendations to others considering the ...
