What do you like best? I like how we are able to track tickets and requests from a technical level. Assign people as watchers to track updates. What do you dislike? The interface itself looks a bit like a chat interface. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are growing our communication across departments.

What do you like best? I love using jira to plan sprints and organise complex software development into very easy to digest and organise chunks. What do you like best? Very flexible system, allows to configure practically everything. Mobile versions of the app are also accessible from the tablets, and the interface mostly still looks nice. What do you dislike? Functionality is that rich, that sometimes it's hard to find proper configuration settings. In such moments you just wish there could have been some kind of "simplified" mode, and better, if there were even a few "simplified" presets, depending on the current workload. ...
