What do you like best? It's an inexpensive cloud based tool so you can have team members outside of your organization. It is easy to configure and add custom fields if desired. Kanban and Epic boards are great. You can integrate it with Confluence. Creating dashboards is very easy and the filter logic is awesome. What do you like best? Using JIRA we can manage or track development of software products very efficiently, It's cloud base application so working remotely from anywhere is easy.
