I love this product and how I am able to keep track of tasks

What do you like best? Great tool for tracking tickets, bug reporting and teamwork collaboration from reporting, grooming, dev, QA, UAT, up to deployment to Production. Jira has more and more features that I am learning about daily. Always something new popping up that I didn't know about before. Only been using it for a few months and it's been amazing. What do you dislike? It's not visually appealing, it takes a while to load, and I seem to get emails about updated tickets even ...

Vital to our development process

What do you like best? Here are the things I like best about Jira: - Usability; so easy to drag and drop things on the board - configurability of the boards - customization of status workflows - easy to understand reporting functionality What do you dislike? I wish jira fields would save on click away of the field, instead of having to click the checkmark to save the updates. Sometimes this causes issues with some of our team members who are not as familiar with how ...

Jira: a project management and error monitoring tool

What do you like best? JIRA tend to work with projects very well, allowing us to easily adjust tasks with their corresponding story points. My entire team thinks it's simple to use and that it does not require much practice to use it properly. It has many panels that are very helpful and we use them to demonstrate the team where issues can be tracked. Besides, we can generate custom perspectives that are particularly helpful to my team, so that we only focus on the issues we face at a ...

Best Issue Tracking Tool

What do you like best? I love how you can track, plan and manage issues/stories in JIRA. Issue or Issuer tracking tool helps assign, manage, lead, track and address the issues and stories in an agile fashion as well if needed. Atlassian has taken it to another level with the built in templates and customization as needed. What do you dislike? I dislike the JIRA feature where it needs heavy load customizing if you are using it for Non Tech purposes. What problems are you solving ...

Project planning at its very best!

What do you like best? The Board provides all the stakeholders of the project to get a overview about the current sprint. The backlog keeps a track of the number of tickets that need to be accomplished without making it too complex. What do you dislike? When there are a large number of tickets to handle in the backlog the system is pretty slow to operate. The drag and drop functionality is also pretty slow on such cases when the system experiences load. Recommendations to ...

organises your project management cross projects

What do you like best? I like the usability of Jira. It keeps a good track of my personal and the team's workload. Jira has a clear layout, is intuitive and has a lot of features. You can organize your sprints easy with drag and drop. Also, each team member has his picture uploaded so it's easy to see who will do what. The best thing is that you can work across teams with different projects. There is also the possibility to integrate more features like confluence, which is a ...

Jira for managing complex projects

What do you like best? I like the ability to view and track the progress of projects. It's a quick and easy way to find out what stage a project is in and to make comments as necessary, which is also a great way to provide feedback and input into the process. What do you dislike? The fact that Jira was designed to track complex projects makes Jira inherently complex to use. There is a vocabulary unique to Jira that can make first time, or infrequent, users intimidated and confused. ...
