What do you like best? In the weeks I have been using Jira, I am very pleased with the efficiency and simplicity of the program. We mainly use the program for work requests (Design, Web and IT) and are now able to submit work and design requests in less than five minutes. What do you like best? Jira is a great shared workspace where I can correlate with people in other companies to work through a joint task list. Great way to track Project Progress

What do you like best? I use JIRA on a daily basis to track activity/requests. It is really a helpful tool. The different phases (New, start, stall, complete) clearly outlines the progress of the ticket/request. It has multiple fields to cover all the information to a task/issue.
