"JIRA- not just for bug tracking"
What do you like best about Jira? JIRA has fantastic capabilities outside of just bug tracking. I have utilized JIRA to collaborate with other groups for UAT testing flows and project management. I really love the agile type communication it enables within a team.

Easy to manage tickets for support or change control workflows internally and externally for projects alongside our Agile approach, the team collaboration and ability ot link into Confluence and Bitbucket that we use our our 2 other main business systems is really good

What do you like best about Jira? Out of the box, Jira is very intuitive and very effective for any user. What I love the most is even after several years, hundreds of Software Developers, dozens of Atlassian University courses later... I AM STILL continuing to find more and more amazing ways to utilize this tool and not have to purchase other tools when Jira can nearly do it all!
