What do you like best? The filters are great, sprints set up, and recently the new generation. What do you dislike? No online chat for support, no simple giant chart solutions. Best Tool for Project and Issue Tracking

What do you like best? Things I like the most: - Colorful and Intuitive Labels on Issue card - The idea of keeping the card in different stages (TODO, DOING, DONE) - Time Estimation and time tracking What do you dislike? Con for this tool is its complexity to configure for new users. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We work on Android Projects which could have been hard to track without JIRA.

I Love Using JIRA to Manage Projects

What do you like best? JIRA is a great tool for managing projects and keeping tasks in line. Internal users and client users can collaborate on tasks and communicate easily. What do you dislike? I don't like when JIRA auto-assigns tasks when switching the status. If you assign the task to the next person and then change the status, sometimes the JIRA function auto-assigns it to the incorrect person.
