Jira is helpful for easily tracking the issues and we can give the points to track the issue.Uou can comment and check the work log of issue.Aalso you can mention the priority of issue. What do you like best? System Dashboard - It shows all your cases logged and also the ones which are assigned to me and resolved. Also the bridging of confluence and Jira is really cool.
