"Being able to receive an automated summary transcript and actions has been a game changer."

What do you like best about Jiminny? Call recordings, automated summaries, and actions, keyword lookup on calls, the ease of use and implementation have all been fantastic. What do you dislike about Jiminny? Nothing so far, Jiminny is proving real value when having calls with customers What problems is Jiminny solving and how is that benefiting you? We're not having to make tedious notes all the time, which means we're concentrating on the customer call.

What do you like best about Jiminny? Jiminny has been super helpful in my role (Onboarding Specialist). After all trainings with my customers, I am then able to send them recordings of the training. It has been super helpful and my customers really appreciate it. The Hubspot integrations are also great, it has been way easier to log meetings with the Jiminny Sidekick, and has actually optimized my workflow. Customer Support has also been super fast and helpful with their chatbox. What do ...

Saves so much time on admin I don't have to worry about remembering every single detail on a call anymore because I have the notes to refer to Action points created off the back of the meeting are so useful What do you dislike about Jiminny?
