"Good support, good value and customizable - might be a bit less polished"

What do you like best about Jiminny? It does what it's supposed to, and has great AI powered summaries and next actions. Having the ability to customize your own topics and themes into the tool provides a lot of additional value. We use it every day and have it linked to our CRM. What do you dislike about Jiminny? "Great software"

What do you like best about Jiminny? The ability to quickly find filter through recordings to find points of the conversations where specific phrases were used, it makes it super easy to find what I'm looking for What do you dislike about Jiminny? Nothing, I find everything easy to use and all of the features are really intuitive What problems is Jiminny solving and how is that benefiting you? I use Jiminny to listen to demo calls and identify points of interest to feedback into our marketing
