"Jimminy Saves Time and helps me improve"

What do you like best about Jiminny? I love the stats! I have been looking this year to get my Talk Ratio down and after speaking to the wider team we all realised how much Data we can get from our calls to ensure that we are offering the best training possible- (our aim is to be World Class)! It is amazing that you can see the team average and where others rank, I can then go and listen to those with especially good stats and pick up some tips!
