What do you like best about Jiminny? Playlists! I can save types of conversations by product, team, region, colleague and share with contributors and those who want to listen and learn from others. What do you like best about Jiminny? I love the ease of use and reliability of Jiminny. It's the most intuitive recording tool I've used. It's been such a great tool to go back and review mine and team members' calls to shoutout things they did great, share areas for opportunity and learn others' approaches. What do you like best about Jiminny? Seamless integration with our existing systems. Easy to send clips of client feedback to our product team Speeds up sharing feedback and reviewing calls Much better than recording everything manually and filing it myself What do you dislike about Jiminny? What do you like best about Jiminny? So easy to navigate! Great customer support- super fast and helpful. What do you dislike about Jiminny? Every now and again call quality can dip but CS helped fix it straight away. What problems is Jiminny solving and how is that benefiting you? Reaching customers, recording & call intelligence

"Excellent demo and call insights for coaching and training purposes!"

What do you like best about Jiminny? Jimney allows hard data and visuals for coaching reps. It's one thing to tell a rep they should only be speaking 40-45% of the time, it's another to have real data, with EXACT talk to listen ratios, and compare customer to AE monolgues, etc. You canNOT coach the same without it. What do you like best about Jiminny? The integration with my Outlook meetings is very helpful as I don't have to remember to record the call each time. Some of the call trends/statistics are also very informative. What do you dislike about Jiminny? "I simple love it!!"

What do you like best about Jiminny? There's so many things that I love about Jiminny, but I have to say that the AI generated summary is always so spot on and saves me so much time. The fact it records and rates the conversations is amazing, and that it just keeps a whole record of everything quickly and easily is just perfect! What do you dislike about Jiminny? What do you like best about Jiminny? Connection to outlook and CRM was a simple process. No need to write anything down, transcript is great and call summary can be posted straight into CRM, meaning meetinbg notes are accurate and no longer a chore What do you dislike about Jiminny? "We Love Jiminny - Easily can track calls"

What do you like best about Jiminny? The dashboard is super user friendly. And listening to calls is so efficient. I can skim the transcript and scroll to exactly what I need to hear. "Super fast and functional transcriber with great new AI summaries"

What do you like best about Jiminny? There are so many useful automated features, but recently they added AI summaries which has been super helpful in summarizing call notes and action items for my customers. Right now I'm adding it to my call logs, but it's very close to being able to send it to customers! This is a daily tool in my Customer Succes routine. What do you dislike about Jiminny?
