I am pleased with this web building app! Easy to use, good rates on premium, and good customer service. Response took a day for an issue but is reasonable considering the 12 hour time difference. Great app for beginners.

I had a severe accident and as a result, suffered some memory issues (amnesia to be exact) and thus forgot EVERYTHING. I couldn't remember my email address or my username or password or anything at all. They helped me get going again and they did it quickly and without fuss. Davide (Jimdo Dolphin) was the Jimdo agent that helped me and he is fantastic!

I have used this website builder as a novice and was able to build one of the most beautiful websites that I have ever seen to be honest. Recently I wanted to add a live chat service to the site so I had to change to a coded website and it worked well all the same. All this is available in the free website service by the way.
