"Jebbit is great because of the people!"

What do you like best about Jebbit? I enjoy the partnership of working with supportive and dynamic people on that team- Adrian Louis & Breann Barone are both a pleasure What do you dislike about Jebbit? The platform backend experience has some bugs that need attention What problems is Jebbit solving and how is that benefiting you? Fan engagement is an area that we are constantly finding was to improve. The engagement also builds awareness and the quizzes/ polls help us to do that.

"Easy to use platform, great customer service"

What do you like best about Jebbit? All the experience templates are a great place to start, even for those with limited design skills. But my favorite part is the top-notch support team! Adrian, Maryetta & team have all been so helpful, responsive, and awesome. I can't say enough great things about them - they make running into bugs/issues less daunting. What do you like best about Jebbit? It's an easy-to-use platform, and they have a fantastic support team always willing to help! What do you dislike about Jebbit? The platform can be enhanced with new features and bug corrections. What problems is Jebbit solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Jebbit? The Jebbit team is quick to respond and open to meeting on zoom to answer all questions. What do you dislike about Jebbit? There are often issues with the analytics reports and discrepancies in numbers. What problems is Jebbit solving and how is that benefiting you? Audience insight. This helps us know more about the users going through our experiences and whether they fit our target audience.

What do you like best about Jebbit? The agents go above and beyond to help! They also create customized videos to help you troubleshoot your issues. They take the time to make sure all issues and concerns are resolved. What do you dislike about Jebbit? You know it's a great product & service when I sat on this question for a few minutes to think of something I dislike. What problems is Jebbit solving and how is that benefiting you? Their products collect zero-party data which benefits our company's offerings to clients, especially after Apple MPP impacts.
