What do you like best? Very user friendly and easy to navigate. Its easy to teach to never before users What do you dislike? I have a compliance background so its overly edit-able at times, which could cause issues down the road if audited. Good Bones, Getting Better as I learn More Features
What do you like best? The ability to send a variety of different emails to candidates and save email templates. I also like that we can send electronic versions of documents such as the employment application What do you dislike? It can be a bit difficult to figure things out, the FAQ/help section isnt great. JazzHR has expedited our candidate pipeline, its user friendly and efficient.
What do you like best? I enjoy that it allows our recruiters to cut down on admin time and schedule emails to send out at specified times. I also enjoy our ability to easily see where candidates are in the workflow. It is very helpful to have accurate data that shows how many resumes we receive daily company-wide, how long candidates are in our pipeline, etc. What do you dislike? What do you like best? JazzHR is a solid, reasonably priced ATS for a small company who needs basic applicant tracking capabilities and ability to push job postings to a variety of external job boards. User Friendly and Effective ATS!
What do you like best? Workflows make organizing candidates super easy. I'm able to update hiring managers about the current candidate pipeline at any given time. I also love the other templates such as offer letters, which are amazing time-savers. What do you dislike? I wish there was a feature to review all possible duplicate applicants.
