Easy and Convenient way to track applicants

What do you like best? JazzHR makes it easy to post jobs, upload candidates, tack candidates through the entire hiring process, and makes notes on each interaction you have with them. What do you dislike? The only thing that is not the most convenient about JazzHR is that when a candidate applies for multiple positions you must manually merge them. Great ATS- a Recruiter's best friend!

What do you like best? The workflows are easy to use. The dashboard is very easy to read. I love that it integrates with so many different job boards. Our account rep and their customer service team is fantastic. We also really like how well it integrates on our company website as a widget. What do you like best? The most helpful part of JazzHR was being able to post to multiple free job boards automatically as well as implement a widget for our own website. What do you dislike? It is a semi automated system- some processes are still manual and the user needs to activate it.

What do you like best? The filters that help you narrow down your search. The auto-reject options as you set up questionnaires. The ability to pull out legacy reports that aid in decision making. It is also a very intuitive system. What do you dislike? The fact that when a candidate is rejected from a questionnaire and the workflow is not automated to send an immediate decline email. What do you like best? The system is easy to use and is detailed. I am able to view the candidates before hand and I have all of their information at the ready. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Everything in one place for all of the interviewers, and ability to set levels of permissions. What do you dislike?
