Easy and Convenient way to track applicants

What do you like best? JazzHR makes it easy to post jobs, upload candidates, tack candidates through the entire hiring process, and makes notes on each interaction you have with them. What do you dislike? The only thing that is not the most convenient about JazzHR is that when a candidate applies for multiple positions you must manually merge them. Also you must set each job to a specific type of hiring status to keep the same settings across all jobs. Recommendations to others ...

Great ATS- a Recruiter's best friend!

What do you like best? The workflows are easy to use. The dashboard is very easy to read. I love that it integrates with so many different job boards. Our account rep and their customer service team is fantastic. We also really like how well it integrates on our company website as a widget. Love that it integrates with various background platforms and assessment tools too! What do you dislike? Don't love that in order to send assessments you have to do it directly in the job ...

Easy to use, plenty of options!

What do you like best? The most helpful part of JazzHR was being able to post to multiple free job boards automatically as well as implement a widget for our own website. What do you dislike? Interview guides that are completed manually either need to be uploaded as a separate document or transcribed electronically. Recommendations to others considering the product: JazzHR provides a simple platform that combines variety and ease of use. You can apply to multiple free job ...

It is a semi automated system- some processes are still manual and the user needs to activate it.

What do you like best? The filters that help you narrow down your search. The auto-reject options as you set up questionnaires. The ability to pull out legacy reports that aid in decision making. It is also a very intuitive system. What do you dislike? The fact that when a candidate is rejected from a questionnaire and the workflow is not automated to send an immediate decline email. Also, the fact that you cannot adjust questionnaires for several jobs but need to ...

A Great Help

What do you like best? The system is easy to use and is detailed. I am able to view the candidates before hand and I have all of their information at the ready. What do you dislike? Nothing right now I am still learning the system. As I use the system more I am sure I will find items needing improvement. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It help to eliminate those who are not qualified and saves me time so that I do not have to ...

JazzHR Review from a New Human Resources Assistant's Perspective

What do you like best? I like how JazzHR itself is designed to facilitate the recruitment process. The workflow, emails, and others are very flexible and customizable to suit an organization's unique procedure; there is no rigid, pre-set workflow that every organization must follow. Instead, it features customization of the emails, workflow, and others to cater to any company's unique recruitment process. I also like the bulk feature which enables me to save time when I have to do an ...

I'd like it to sync with Salesforce and be able to provide current role and org in a spreadsheet

What do you like best? Everything in one place for all of the interviewers, and ability to set levels of permissions. What do you dislike? Doesn't sync with Salesforce, and we can't easily get current job or organization into a spreadsheet. Recommendations to others considering the product: See if it works with your CRM and if that's a must have. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Actually capturing all of the ...
