Simple but decent ATS
What do you like best? I like the user interface and the ease of use. The integration with gmail for scheduling is great. Ability to post is easy. What do you dislike? I don’t like how it doesn’t mesh with zoom well. Also, importing from LinkedIn doesn’t work that well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This is a solid ats system for smaller tech companies but will not have the features of something more expensive

JazzHR for a small company is great
What do you like best? There's a lot to like about JazzHr. The workflow, discussion tab, emails, eDocuments, cloning jobs are all features I use daily. The ease of use, short learning curve as well as good customer service are all a plus. What do you dislike? There needs to be a better way to handle duplicate applications. The ability to reuse an old job that updates the created date would be nice. Currently the all jobs page list keeps getting pages added to it as we keep cloning ...

No Better ATS Value for SMBs
What do you like best? If you currently don't use an ATS or have hodgepodge'd one together in your existing database, JazzHR will be your new hero. The biggest value-add for our team has been the ability to use templates for most things so we can limit the opportunity for user-error. Great tool, not always intuitive

I think one of those most inconvenient issues with Jazz is that the mail box doesn’t show history (or at least I have yet to find it if it does. Continues to be the highest value ATS on the market!
What do you like best? It's simple, yet extremely comprehensive and effective. There have clearly been many hours of focus on creating a user interface that is intuitive and appealing to use. What do you dislike? Nothing. I have not found anything that I would improve! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Recruiting Management, interviewing workflow, and process transparency.
