Overall, pretty damn good.

What do you like best? Having everything in one spot, everyone having access to the same information. What do you dislike? The reporting needs work. We are going through some of the information now trying to get information for the Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity report we are required to file with the state and the information is lacking. What do you like best? Really great user interface, it is simple to use and to teach to others. Very nice to see progress of each role you are working on and being able to upload your own documents is essential. What do you dislike? Again, the ability to mass reject or select multiple candidates would be amazing! Great for the price!

What do you like best? Extremely affordable. Great for a small to mid-size business. What do you dislike? Needs MUCH better reporting and needs to automatically merge duplicate candidates. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I love the offer e-sign feature!

Recruiter - Super Administrator

What do you like best? Ability to clone job postings; the integration capabilities with outside job boards. Additionally, the ability to contact applicants via email through the site. What do you dislike? The reporting functions seem limited and there aren't many customizable reporting abilities. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With the job board integration, we are getting applicants from other sources.

What do you like best? I specifically do like the category on the workflow that shows how many new candidates are on each job. It is simple and easy to see so you can prioritize which requisitions need the most attention. What do you dislike? I don't like how when a candidate applies to multiple jobs, it creates multiple profiles for that category. Impeccable Customer Experience

What do you like best? The Jazz HR interface is the best in the market. I tested a few different applications and this one was by far the easier to deploy because of its simple, intuitive, and dynamic User Interface. What do you dislike? I taught myself how to set up the set-up the workflows, questionnaires etc... all based on our specific needs and did not need any help from support. What do you like best? I can view the total amount of applicants applied and what site they applied. What do you dislike? I am unable to not view my rejection letter to the candidates. I will like to verify if everything is okay before I send it out. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? So far no issues. If I not able to solve the issue support is there to assist.

What do you like best? The ability to send eDocuments and take home documents to candidates prior to arriving for orientation saves roughly two hours during orientation. What do you like best? Sharing feedback with teammates, the price, the customizable workflow, the possibility of texting. I spent one month researching the market before choosing Jazz as my ATS. Amazing ATS

What do you like best? Very Simple. Awesome Support. It lacks some features but there are some alternatives. What do you dislike? The scheduling process, if you are not using Calndly, is a bit complicated. The Career Page is not fully optimized. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? 1- Auto knocks unfit candidates. 2- Auto Emails and Status update. 3- Easy and advanced search within the candidates' database.
