What do you like best? Really great user interface, it is simple to use and to teach to others. Very nice to see progress of each role you are working on and being able to upload your own documents is essential. What do you dislike? Again, the ability to mass reject or select multiple candidates would be amazing! What do you like best? Ability to clone job postings; the integration capabilities with outside job boards. Additionally, the ability to contact applicants via email through the site. It is simple and easy to see so you can prioritize which requisitions need the most attention. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The Jazz HR interface is the best in the market. I tested a few different applications and this one was by far the easier to deploy because of its simple, intuitive, and dynamic User Interface. What do you dislike? I taught myself how to set up the set-up the workflows, questionnaires etc... all based on our specific needs and did not need any help from support. What do you like best? Very Simple. Awesome Support. It lacks some features but there are some alternatives. What do you dislike? The scheduling process, if you are not using Calndly, is a bit complicated. The Career Page is not fully optimized. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? 1- Auto knocks unfit candidates. 2- Auto Emails and Status update. 3- Easy and advanced search within the candidates' database.
