Great Applicant Tracking System!

What do you like best? The effective way the system allows us to communicate with applicants. I also really enjoy the dashboard, the reporting features and, most of all, the bulk emails. What do you like best? We can conduct interviews with people in multiple locations and all stay on the same page throughout the interview process. It is easy to review and rate candidates coming in as the hiring manager. It's easy to give feedback on candidates throughout the funnel. We can pass/fail a candidate at the end of an interview. What do you like best? The process for approvals is easy to use. What do you dislike? Sometimes Jazz strips word doc attachments down to plain text. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As a way to handle a many-manager hiring process, Jazz is a great way to keep many resumes flowing through approvals and give hiring managers a view into the process.
