What do you like best? The ability to send mass pitches to a bunch of contacts at once, which saves us lots of time and effort. What do you dislike? It is not very user-friendly. After using the system for months, I still have not been able to figure out how to have it send the same note with different names for different email addresses. What do you like best? So far, it acts significantly better than our previous email platform. We like that we are able to schedule and conduct true A/B testing with our emails. They are extremely responsive to emails and oftentimes will respond within minutes for smaller questions and 2-3 hours for more in-depth questions. What do you dislike?
