JAMM is a web-based collaboration software tool that supports the social aspects of business. It enables collaboration in customer support, sales operations, development engineering, and other organizational processes. JAMM interacts with third-party software components by establishing a uniform RESTful open data ecosystem to extract information from inside an organization to the Internet. As a result, the JAMM process can be applied anywhere on the Internet without having to customize the way IT components interact with each other.
