"A little confusing system but free of charge to vendors"

What do you like best about Jaggaer? Free of charge to vendors. Get used to it. What do you dislike about Jaggaer? Interface that is not user friendly. Multi-layer approach (project, object) might be confusing. No online trainings. Difficult to get hold of manual. Recommendations to others considering Jaggaer: Obtain manual from Jaggaer and ask TS for help - they're helpful. What problems is Jaggaer solving and how is that benefiting you? Bidding (public RFP, second stage RFQ)

What do you like best about Jaggaer? Jaggaer spend analytics tool is helpful - it has helped me identify savings opportunities across multiple strategic sourcing exercises. Further, the automated insights is great. What do you dislike about Jaggaer? It can be tedious to use, especially the first few times. One has to remember detailed instructions to make use of the tool well. Can be challenging for suppliers taking part is sourcing exercise to understand as well Recommendations to others ...

The Jagger support availability and business understanding makes the problem resolution process a lot more simpler, there are some really talented support staff who understand the nuances of public procurement and Ontario Tender Portal's ("OTP") functionality and are always capable of filling the gap and addressing the challenge that we face in our day to day utilization of the portal. The top 2 things I would recommend are: 1. On-call and over the email ...

What do you like best about Jaggaer? It’s very easy to read orders that come through. What do you dislike about Jaggaer? The rest of the platform is a bit confusing. What problems is Jaggaer solving and how is that benefiting you? As a vendor, I love the ease of receiving EDI/XML orders and reviewing them quickly. I also see how quick and easy it is to use on the consumer’s side. It saves time.
