"Couldn't have asked for better service for the creation of our virtual event"

What do you like best about iVent? The system looked sleek & professional, which has also been communicated to us from attendees. The help provided was amazing and communication was always quick and clear. What do you dislike about iVent? Calls were always via Google Meet, I'm quite old school and would like to just pick up the phone and make a quick call. What problems is iVent solving and how is that benefiting you? Creating a virtual event which needed little involvement from my side.

Needs more flexibility with different presentation types and how they are presented. Recommendations to others considering iVent: If you are clear of the functions and limits you can plan a really great event at a great price. What problems is iVent solving and how is that benefiting you? General user functions to make it more modern like other online networking tools.

What do you like best about iVent? The platform was pretty simple and user-friendly. All the volunteers that we work with also echoed this. The iVent team are very friendly and helpful. What do you dislike about iVent? Sometimes changing content on the admin side of things can be fidgety, for example, when changing the announcement, after clicking "save", you have to make sure you also click "apply updates" to ensure the announcement appears on the platform. "Interacting and engaging platform that can be branded to match our house style."

What do you like best about iVent? Easy to use platform, and allowed us to share access with staff and students easily for webinar sessions. What do you dislike about iVent? Users often have issues with their registration, and we sometimes get blank enquiries coming through when sessions are not live. What problems is iVent solving and how is that benefiting you? A way of having a live webinar without using external tools that allow us to moderate Q&A sessions.

"For the most part, a super useful platform for conducting interactive virtual events"

What do you like best about iVent? Lots of ways for attendees to interact across the platform, including the announcements feature, the CTA button and the collab rooms. Great reporting and data giving you a really detailed understanding of your visitors and their behaviours and activities. What do you dislike about iVent? Unlock button in collab rooms can easily be pressed by anyone, taking your session live without realising! It would be great if this feature had the ability for you to ...

What do you like best about iVent? The great team behind the platform, We had the track of everything at every minute. What do you dislike about iVent? Too much information at the start that is hard to process. A lot of text to read, videos could help instead of all the instructions. But the team helped us a lot to overcome this. What problems is iVent solving and how is that benefiting you? We could host an event in Latin America that could not happen in person due to covid restrictions.
