Always a great experience when reaching out to iSpring support.

Any time I have submitted a request for assistance iSpring have responded within the hour or advised accordingly that a "deeper dive" is required to resolve the concern I am faced with. Audrey and Alice have been exceptional in the responses and understanding the concerns I have been faced with, given my companies LMS is all iSpring based I look forward to future interactions.

Pretty impressive customer support

Demoing the iSpring suite and needed help. Contacted chat support and got handed over to tech support very fast. The tech helped me attentively and solved the issue with my PowerPoint animation timings not working in iSpring. Over the years I've not met many companies with this high a quality of customer support. Very impressed. Thanks Mira for your help
