What do you like best about Ironclad? Ironclad is by far the most impressive product I've seen in the CLM space. They've anticipated every possible design feature in-house attorneys and legal ops professionals could think of. I was super impressed by the potential for automation, but in addition, the Ironclad personnel we've worked with to set up our workflows were incredible teachers. The company and product are first class - would not ever think of using a different vendor.

Once you log in you can follow the workflow by instinct, it does not require extensive training. I like that I can send reminders to the counterparty when we need their signature. I like that we can compare the different versions of the agreements and honestly this is time-saving because you can quickly see what were the changes in the agreement. What do you like best about Ironclad? We find Ironclad's simple design, which allows for effortless viewing of all of your contract's metadata tags, a huge help to our organization. Viewing this spreadsheet allows for 100% accuracy when assuring you are not missing any tags. Ironclad is incredibly user-friendly. Even the most technologically challenged can learn the ins and outs of this amazing software!
