What do you like best about Ironclad? I have used and find the Iroclad system to be highly robust, secure and nimble for confidential communications with legal resources, especially given the confidential nature of such conversations.

What do you like best about Ironclad? The managed package integration with Salesforce is intuitive. The flexibility allowed for document creation enables the support of simple documents like relatively static content NDAs to more complex Order Forms that must dynamically reflect form and content based on Sale type (new logo, add-on, renewal, etc)

What do you like best about Ironclad? I love how intuitive it is to use (after you implement and set up everything). The interface is very clean and it's not complicated for the users to get familiarized with it after a short training.

What do you like best about Ironclad? Helps track contract review - ensures appropriate parties have recorded exchanges and approvals, manages stage of contract workflow (including ability to bring in 3rd party responses automatically), and ensures contracts are seen through to completion (no missing signatures!). Ironclad also offers template solutions for large volume contracts (e.g. sales) to ensure contracts can be sent out in a replicable and efficient way. Great support as well!
