What do you like best about IRIS CRM? Responsive, helpful service, and constant iterative enhancements. Their support team is prompt and eager to help, their engineering team releases a steady stream of new features, and their product team prioritizes feature development based on actually listening to their customers.

"IRIS is solving problems and creating efficiency"

What do you like best about IRIS CRM? The best part of IRIS is its integration capability. Being able to integrate with an e-sign software and processors, in addition to integrating with the processors for residual data, has made considerable improvements to our organization. IRIS can grow with us. We've used a few different CRM's, including Salesforce, and IRIS is by far the best for our payment processing sales office.

What do you like best about IRIS CRM? Gold Card Services Loves IRIS because it is user friendy, industry specific, and the customer support is great. We like it for lead management and constant contact with agents. I think my boss likes best that he can manage the residuals.

"Fantastic CRM and excellent support team"

What do you like best about IRIS CRM? Iris makes it easy to automate our recurring processes & data entry, generate templates for communication, helps with time management, organization, and they are always making improvements based on our feedback & from other users. Any time we run into a problem the support team is responsive and helpful, whether by email or through their quick chat service available any time you are logged in.

What do you like best about IRIS CRM? The helpdesk team is responsive and helpful. I also like the one on one calls that you can request so that IRIS works well for the situations that you need it for.
