Invoca has been Awesome
What do you like best? The insight into our Online to Offline channels attribution as well as how the product is always evolving and introducing new integrations that improve the capabilities. What do you dislike? There really isn't much I dislike about it. I guess the fact that internally our company has been unable to get call recordings legally approved. Superior Product
What do you like best? I love that you can get the recordings of calls on the arrival side, before one of our agents answers the phone and it becomes a handle. What do you dislike? It can be difficult to navigate. Once you get the hang of using it, it's great!
