I have been with inventory source since 2021 and have not experienced a problem with integration yet. Customer service has always been willing to help.

Inventory Source was exactly the type of service and product I was looking for to help manage my e-commerce business. They also already integrated with the major suppliers and channels I was using. There have been times when I had to contact support because of issues with the syncing, and they have responded quickly and were helpful and able to help resolve the issues. Thanks Inventory Source!

Ive had pretty good luck with them

Ive had pretty good luck with them, Cust service has always helped me...My only issue is duplicate listings and items going in wrong categories when uploaded...This isn't inventory sources doing...the suppliers don't have the same categories as the platform I'm selling on so it can be a pain sometimes

I use this service and so far very happy with it but there is one floor that is very frustrating, you can't run a price, quantity and description update without a full resync . This would be amazing if you could update just the description rather than having to run a Full sync which deletes all your tags and you have to start again

For me I tried 1 month searching and changing quite few suppliers. Their catalogs are not accurate in products and prices, so you list and sell to find out that was a different price or the product cant be purchased direct with supplier's webpage meaning that the only possible way is to pay 200/month for Inventory Source to have the full automation plan and so be able to make your orders through their system (if that works) who knows... In theory is amazing but in reality I found very hard ...

No reminders of trial period ending

No reminders of trial period ending. Unlike literally every other app I have used, Inventory Source did not provide any e-mail reminders that the free trial period was ending. Sure, they don't have to, but when it's apparently the norm for apps like it, that reflects not-so-great on this company. The integration on my account was actually never completed, I had not used their services at all.
