The fact that IntroHive insight allows us to have a "living" CRM, where information about real-world relationships and connections is accessible and actionable, adds significant value to what would otherwise be a "stale" set of data. What do you dislike about Introhive? Under our current scoring model, it's difficult to determine how to accurately gauge a relationship (i.e. HOT vs. COLD). What do you like best about Introhive? The Implementation team - Nigel - was beyond amazing. The endless hours spent with our teams and the support provided upon launch was beyond expectations What do you dislike about Introhive? I am generally good at keeping my admin up to date; this is something that I used to have to put time aside each day to do before Upper Sigma implemented Introhive. The time that I had to allocate daily to admin has gone down by 30 - 60 minutes since we implemented Introhive. What do you like best about Introhive? Introhive is excellent, it greatly facilitates new prospecting for new customers. It's easy to use and easy to understand. It integrated nicely with Microsoft CRM for all our external client interactions like tasks, emails, meetings. What do you like best about Introhive? My Firm loves the transparency that Introhive has given us into the "Who Knows Who." this has changed the way we are able to pursue a target and expand our relationships with current clients.
